Hello WSA Parents,

You should be receiving your fundraiser tickets for the Ohio State vs Michigan State watch party at the Eagles soon from your coaches if you haven’t already. We wanted to clarify a few things regarding the evening:

1) Each $20 ticket will include admission to the event, dinner, dessert, pop, water, keg beer as well as one entry into the Squares game that will be held.

2) For those not familiar with how Squares work, here is an explanation online that can help:

3) Prior to the event, we will be randomly placing everyone’s name on the grid. There most likely will be multiple boards going on based on total squares purchased.

4) The night of the event, the DJ will pull the numbers that will appear on each side of the boards.

5) There will be winners at the end of each quarter of the Ohio State game. Payouts will depend on total amount of squares that are purchased.

6) For those of you who would like to buy additional squares, they will be available for purchase for $15 per square. When turning in your payment into your coach, please include the additional money and names to be included on the purchased squares. There is no limit to the amount of squares that can be purchased.

7) There may be additional squares for sale the night of the event prior to the game starting, but that won’t be determined until we know the total amount remaining.
